Shooting pains through my head and ears

Hi, does anyone ever feel constantly worried about their brain because they get sharp shooting pains up the sides?

I've been getting a twitch in my lip and eye too? Should I be going to see my GP?

Hi, I get that too sometimes. It could be migraine or coming from back pain (my osteopath explained to me once that there are a lot of nerves connecting the back and the head). Talk to your doctor to put your mind at rest. It could also be neck tension. I had really bad headaches recently which were linked to tension in the neck. Take care x
