Bloating /reflux/weight

Hi guys

Is anyone else suffering with gas, acid reflux, bloating and struggling to lose weight - I've read it's all connected to anxiety, with is weird as my anxiety seems okay at the moment but my digestive issues and tummy problems are getting much much worse.

When I have a bout which just lately is almost every day I look pregnant - it's awful.

Any hints tips / advice is always muchly appreciated - thank you 🌻 xx
