When does your attacks hit mostly

Usually when I leave the house, are when more than 5 people are around me doing a lot of talking.

Yes! Especially after I eat, when I lie down or when I get up too fast. My doctor has me take a medication called Bonine when it happens. It's an over the counter motion sickness medication here in the US. The active ingredient is 25 mg of meclizine and it's prescribed for vertigo. Ask your doctor if it might be something that helps you.

Oh yes! I have vertigo, so does my dad and now my son. It ruins my day and I do throw up from it. Try Meclizine. It works great but causes drowsiness. It is in motion sickness medicine if you cannot find it as Meclizine on its own. Also, go on Youtube and find a video on how to hang your head a certain way and make the chrystals in your inner ear go back to where they should be. That is what causes vertigo. Sucks big time.
