Feeling sick

Hi .i stopped remeron 15 mg 6 wks ago after briefly tempering i was on remeron for 2 mo.Few days later i developed panics attacks.nousea anxiety dizziness unsteady gait lack of energy.poor concentrations.poor sleep.blurry vision.pounding pulse .i basically feeling very sick like flu like symptoms.The symptoms continued with no change .for 6 wks now.Is anybody experience this symptoms and how long will this last .please let me know . Thanks .
