Increased meds

I’ve had to increase Zoloft to 200 mg and Valium of 20mg every 6 hours and I’m doing hypnotherapy twice a week (costs a bomb).

It’s starting to have a positive influence, my body convulsions have dramatically decreased, I’m breathing much better and general anxiety and worry has come down to more manageable levels.

My next step is approaching the front door,that will be the real test.

No time like the present. So he I go.
