When will I start to feel better I have had health anxiety and de realisation and being dizzy and spaced out for years. Will this medication work for me

Hi Zobro, welcome to you. Even though we all have Anxiety, depression, too many conditions to list. And most of us, are well informed about medications and treatments. This is a question we cannot answer , we all react differently. My doctor would give me medication and insist I return in 6 weeks. If it doesn’t agree with you, try a different one, once you sort out your medication, that’s the first step to your healing. This group will help and support you. Was on citalopram, then changed to e-citalopram (mirror drug??)..

Takes few weeks to work and changed my life👍

Had everything😁..

In my case it gave me a life, 10yrs now and never looked back, over the years reduced to 10mg

It will settle down if it is the drug for you,. And I hope you get better, it takes time...gbx

I mean my anexity makes me feel sick and spaced out

I have severe anxiety panic disorder and agoraphobia I'm on 40 mg of citalopram since October, and 2.5 mg of valium when needed and one month in on 150 mg welbutrin. I still have anxiety but I'm doing much better I actually get out of the house and got a part time job! If you don't see a difference in like 2 months maybe talk to your doc about upping your dose or adding something with it

I have disrealization 24/7 fatigued, foggy brain, so out of it!!! I need relief does anyone have any suggestions?
