Hello, I'm new here and I'm newly diagnosed with Anxiety, OCD, SAD, and I guess Depression... I'm on Effexor XR 112.5; I was doing much better (but not all better) until my doc upped by dose to 150. Upon upping my anxiety became much worse and my rumination and overthinking/anxiety came back in a rush. Now I'm back down to 112.5 for 2 days and am afraid that this heavy guilt/rumination/overthinking anxiety will be with me forever. Anyone have any experience?
