Severe. Anxiety
First of all, drink some water. Oftentimes if we have spasms or cramps, it is our body reacting to dehydration. Also, if you haven't eaten recently (I do this a lot) sometimes our bodies become deficient in crucial minerals and vitamins.
As for the back pain, is it more muscular? Sometimes...okay, a lot of the time with my anxiety, I subconsciously tighten all of my muscles. One exercise I just read about is finding a comfortable space, interlocking your fingers and tightening every muscle that you can. Hold for 5 seconds, release for 10, hold for 5 and repeat these actions five times.
If the pain seems muscular, you could also try a calming bath or shower with some lavender oils or soap. Try not to keep heat on for too long, but stagger between heat and no heat.
Still having pain? You may want to check in with a doctor because I am not one! I hope any of this helps.
I wish you the best!
Thanks
