Having a rough time

I am 22 years old and I struggle with making friends. I don’t work nor do I leave my apartment unless I visit family. I had a friend back in 2014-2015 but it was a horrible friendship.

Does anyone else struggle with this?

If so how do you deal with it?!

I’m kind of the same way.

I Moved away from a lot friends and became distant and where I live now I have no friends. It’s been a while since I’ve had an actual friend.

I’m 26 and a stay at home mom. So I don’t get out much and I’ve tried to make friends here and there but it’s difficult with social anxiety. It gets lonely. And it’s hard to find people you have things in common with.

I wish I had some advice to give. But I know when I had a job it was easier to meet people..

Yeah I deal with social anxiety have been since I was 10 years old. It’s very hard to find things in common with people! See I’m on disability and I can’t even leave the house without my boyfriend or family or therapist.

I only have my family and husband around to have physical/ face to face interactions with

I still wish I had a friend at least someone to talk to or spend time with

I barely remember what that’s like

I hate social anxiety i feel like it controls my life sometimes

It’s nice to have online communities where people can relate though...

It’s really tough. Yeah I wish I had a friend that I could talk and hangout with. It’s really nice having online communities but it’s still hard.
