Take slow deep breaths. Try to think of something that makes you happy. I understand how tough it is! Best of luck to you!

I started doing a meditation series about a year ago called head space. I found it on you tube. It’s easy to follow and I love setting aside time to do it every day. One thing I have grown to see is how negative my thoughts are especially when the anxiety is extreme. I tend to fuel the fire with negative thoughts. It’s very hard to ignore the feelings. I try to acknowledge them for what they are just feelings that will come and go. He likens it to clouds that drift by. There’s blue sky once the clouds pass. Each cloud is a different emotion. Happiness sadness joy blue calm. Emotions come and go like clouds passing by. Focus on the blue sky. Hugs and strength coming your way.

Breath my friend. take breaths from your stomach area very slowly. Not from your chest. Realize one thing, anxiety is a big lie! YOur mind is tricking you. Your in control and not your mind. Your mind is telling you there is a big big problem but it is never ever that big. Its a extreme that is not real. Laugh it off and take those deep breaths and get on with your day. Take control of whats in front of you! U can do this!
