Heart hiccups?

My heart feels like it is skiping a beat or not beating for a second and then it feels like my breath is being sucked. Anyone has this?

I have something similar but mines feels like flutters in throat and chest

Yes it feels like there is some time just moving in there, shaky feeling

Absolutely. I have this all the time. I can’t say 100% for you but mine are pac’s. Premature atrial contractions. In my case brought on by stress and anxiety. This is very common in people suffering from anxiety and by itself is not dangerous. You can also have pvc’s which are premature ventricular beats originating in the ventricles. Along with other disorders of your heart rhythm brought on by stress. I always recommend discussing this with your doctor even though it is quite common just because over time stress can be very hard on all body systems and it’s good to keep your doctor informed of symptoms.

In the meantime keep focusing on living a heart healthy lifestyle with proper diet and exercise and you should be just fine! The “beast” (anxiety) not only tears us down but it’s symptoms also mimic very serious problems like heart disease. Once your doctor gives you a clean bill of health try to learn to recognize it for what it is. Anxiety. Then you can work on coping skills and relaxation techniques. ❤️
