Does anyone else have a constant pounding loud heart? Like my bp is fine and my pulse is normal but my heart feels so strong and loud... idk if this is a good thing or a bad thing?

I've experienced that before too! 😝 it only happens for a little bit right? Can You feel like you can hear your heartbeat everywhere & it's loud in your mind? Its probably just your Anxiety. Don't focus on it, get up & distract yourself. 😌 do something to take your mind off of it. A few minutes later or so you'll forget what you were just focusing on because your mind is on a different subject.

Yes. It's annoying! I figured oh yeah it's just anxiety or something along those lines lol thank you

Trust me I know how that goes 😝 I'm 21 & healthy & seriously having health Anxiety has just flipped my world around! We should be enjoying our lives when we're young! Instead were dealing with Anxiety. 😝 it sucks! I would believe & trust your husband on this one too. Your Anxiety is probably making you over think a symptom your experiencing. I do it ALL THE TIME. 😝 & watch, you'll be good in a little bit & forget about what your experiencing & enjoying life again. ❤ once you start shrugging off the little symptoms & not over thinking them, eventually the Anxiety Will get the message your not paying attention to it anymore & move on. Its working for me! 😁 I think we would know if something was REALLY wrong if the symptoms were severe. You know what I mean? Lol

Yes! I have health anxiety too. I have no idea where it came from! I'm doing so much better than I was like 7 months ago. I'm starting to recognize the anxiety and trying to accept it. I've have so much blood work over the past months I'm sure I'm fine.

It's crazy to be even thinking about crazy stuff like this at our age anyways... like you said we should be out enjoying life! Ah!

Hope things get better for you! Keep your head up and trust that God will bring you through 😊🙂

I agree! 😊 I've been A LOT better since I have just accepted the Anxiety & I've been telling my mind these symptoms are common. The Anxiety has got the message so I'm starting to worry less & enjoy Life again ❤ God has also played a huge part in this as well 😁 I hope people turn to God! He's amazing! & HE DOES answer prayers! Sometimes right away sometimes not but he Works in mysterious ways & wonders ❤ I Hope & know things Will get better for you! 😊 it will eventually for everyone!

Don't judge it. IF you feel fine, you will probably stop noticing it when you get distracted. IF you can play video games, or listen to music or distract yourself and you don't feel it, then, it will probably go away. Trust yourself to know if and when something is a problem. " Real" Problems will present themselves in a way you will be able to handle it, if you need to.

Yep everyday , I have chest pain too doctors say my heart is fine but I don't believe anybody every time I feel the slightest thing in my chest I freak out I think I'm going to have a heart attack everyday it's so depressing I just wish it would all go away. It's been going on for 6 months and I'm a 25 year old male trucker and I'm afraid to even work anymore anxiety is ruining my life and nothing seems to help but Xanax and that's not enough anymore.

Sipes1990, Xanax is a good drug for a short period of time usually in conjunction with therapy. Xanax loses it's efficacy quickly over time. The brain wanting more in order to calm you down. When used with other therapies, it tends to help you find ways to deal as well as accept what is happening to you. At 25y.o. the chances of you having a heart attack are slim but it's the not believing anybody that is going to prompt these symptoms to continue. Hope you look into some therapy just for a short time so you can get rid of the negative thoughts. Mybest.

I know exactly how you feel. Maybe your doctor could switch you to klonopin...? It's longer lasting. It may be able to help you. Good luck, stay strong you will get through this

Your heart is doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing it's beating and keeping you alive that's a great thing!! I was always focusing on my heart and would say to mom " it feels to slow today" "it feels like it's going to stop" "now it's beating too fast" a year later I'm still here and I'm fine. If you've head an echocardiogram and the test came back normal your heart is not something to worry about any longer, the doctors would of told you if something was wrong or if anything was life threatening . You will be okay I promise! I will keep you in my prayers.
