Hello all! I have been recently changing my diet and taking a powder magnesium supplement and have noticed that my anxiety is much better. It could be the eating healthy, but the powder seems to keep me calm. It is called CALM-- it was recommended by a nutritionist. I take it if I feel a bit off in the morning and it seems to balance me better than most other supplements. I have learned there are different forms of MG. Its important to take the right type for anxiety issues. I have been taking it for about 2 months now (not everyday).
