I’m absolutely terrified of catching the sickness bug I have been for a long time to the point it makes me unwell I’m worried that much. Every little belly twinge and I feel sick daily but when it’s worse than usual I worry I’ve caught something. Any advice or just a reality check

Few questions what is a sickness bug? Is it a common cold? Is it a virus that the news hyped up? Is it deadly? Is it in your head as in did you create it?
Lets say you caught this sickness bug whats the worse thing that could happen?
Write down your health concerns because when our minds look at our thoughts on paper we can actually answer them and begin to recover when we see the answer behind the irrational thought..
The more we worry the less we live because we are stuck in our minds
Lets say you get sick with the sickness bug what then? Do you stop goinng to work? Do you stop hanging ot with friends? Will you allow it to control your daily activities?
Try thinking like SO WHAT everyone gets sick once in awhile if your healthy drinkint water daily and getting plenty of sleep you should recover within a few days to a week
The more you worry the more chances of coming down with a cold because stress is the biggest enemy for our immune system
I’m worried about being sick that terrifies me , or being sick when I’m out the house and stuff I feel nauseous a lot of the time 90% of the day due to either my kidney condition or my anxiety not sure which is causing it. Your totally right it stops me living my life. I need to get over it I just don’t know how too even though I totally agree with everything you and others say
I mean the best thing to really so which i struggle daily with is just letting the thoughts come and go as far as the symptoms you feel i would just try natural remedies to counter the nausea or what ever you feel
Peppermint oil is pretty good for a ton of things
Have some crackers and gingerale if your home to counter nausea
Anxiety can cause nausea and if your kidney condition causes it too it may be 10 times worse together
Lets say you threw up when your out and about the way you have to think about this is wel i could throw up out in public or become sick but counter it with but i could get sick in my own house too
If its going to happen it will happen
Just like if its meant to be it will be
I struggle with being OUT OF CONTROL with certain if not all things in life and thats another difficult thing im trying to let go of when it comes to my anxiety i think like this:
What if I pass out behind the wheel? What if I passed out in my house? Same scenario your passing out f its gonna happen it can happen anywhere
I guess the whole point is to just try to get out of your head
