Something happened today that caused me to feel a lot of emotions or just a really strong one, I don't know which. I emotional hurt myself and i want to learn how to deal with this properly so i dont do it again. Can anyone help?

DougieJ what did you do? Did you do "self harm" physically? Are you safe right now?
