Tongue super thick

My tongue is feeling super thick in my mouth I’ve had it all day cause I’ve been under major major stress today is this normal? Bothering me. Should I just stop focusing on the area and it’ll go away?

Mine feels thicker sometimes it’s really odd but yeah I get it too. It’ll go away

Yeah try to distract yourself . I hope it goes away soon for you. Stress could heighten anxiety as you know , also causing other unpleasant things so I think this tongue feeling is one of those things.

Hi, Jacknjills again... You know you are recuperating from that "war" you had yesterday with a relative. Try to calm yourself today and tomorrow will be better. Start a journal perhaps today to keep your mind active and off your anxiety symptoms, ok?

Thank you I will do that. I just had a nice lunch with a family member and now hat they’re gone back to work I’m going to try my best to eliminate symptoms by watching some funny videos or talking to some friends. Thank you again for your generous replies and understanding!
