Chest pains

Has anyone experienced chest pains along with arm numbness while dealing with anxiety? I’ve been to the ER several times with chest pains and all test come back clear .. my anxiety is telling me to go but I don’t want the doctors to think I’m just coming for attention

Hmm I try to stay calm and stop having the negative thoughts I usually have during anxiety,try to gently move my arm and focus on my breath..I usually count my breaths that's the thing that helps me most..

But I know there are people who prefere having someone close like a Friend a parent, maybe you should call or Tell someone when you have that syntoms instead of rushing to ER (explaning that person that it's just anxiety and to help you calm down..)..this doesn't work for me since I prefer being alone during anxiety attack but I know there's people Who want having someone close

If it's reAlly bad I Take xanax but that makes me feel sleepy so it depends on where I am in that moment..
