I just followed a YouTube workout that my friend posted she’s a personal trainer. I now keep feeling like I’m going blank in my mind every couple seconds and feel super spaced out and forgetful and slow....Is something wrong with me? Is this from anxiety or Derealization at all does anybody know? It was an at home Ab workout each exercise was about 50 seconds in duration hen you switch to the next, however I’d take longer breaks in between as I haven’t worked out in quite a while. I just did these exercises in my bedroom area. Will I be ok or is something wrong? Always paranoid of a stroke or something terrible 😣 just wanted to workout to feel good but perhaps I’m focusing on it too much? Or maybe it’s because I don’t move around a whole lot very often?

JacknJills, did you warm up before exercising? Did you cool down after exercising? Did you hydrate when you were done. Drinking water to replace what you may have lost while working out can help a lot with that spaced out feeling. Good for you that you did it.
I did some stretches before exercising yes! Yup I sat down to relax after ate a banana and drank some water. However I’m still laying here and feel funny feels like things are spinning a bit and hard to type a little bit. I keep getting a blank confused feeling over me why would this be? I thought that exercising helped with that? Thank you very much 😊
You're probably a little deconditioned from not being use to moving around. I'd probably collapse at this point.

That’s true. I’m guilty of not moving around as much as I should. Just thought it might be nice to try to do little exercises each night to feel nicer. Hopefully just a little hiccup and I will recover and feel normal again. I think like u said it’s from not moving around a whole lot 😊 thank you deeply breathing now Agora! x
