My anxiety is on a ten today 😥 I seriously have been battling it all day through a 10 hour shift to being home in bed relaxed. I always worry about my health thinking I'm having a heart attack. Had a sharp pain in my chest last night and one today at work. Convinced myself okay this is it I'm going out. Then i relized I have been clenching my jaw lately in the last few weeks. And every time I eat I think I'm gonna die right after because my heart. I swear today has just been a bad day. Thinking I'm gonna get testing done to be safe. Just feel like my doctor is gonna tell me I'm fine. But I have my doubts. Does anyone else ever have these problems?
