Need help😭

So I’m staying at my dads, was standing in the kitchen just talking when suddenly I felt faint. It was like I was looking down a black tube and I could feel the pressure in my head! Earlier today I felt my heart beating fast so I took one of my tablets to slow it. Does anyone know what this was? Do I need to be concerned? I’m now just laying in bed worrying sick!

Hi Jayde_96,

Most likely it's anxiety symptoms which are peculiar to you.

If you haven't had a thorough medical it's worth doing so with your doctor to rule out any other cause.

For now practice acceptance of the sensations and know that they will soon pass.

Hi thank you for your reply, I have had ECGS I had one recently and I had a blood test done just over a year ago, all came back ok. The only thing they said about my ECG was that my heart was fast and they put me on some tablets to slow it don’t which I’m not taking anymore because I feel like I don’t need them all the time
