Hello! I’m having such a hard time not to think negatively lately:( I get a physical symptom and think it’s the worst possible. I also babesia which was starting to get better an I know what to do for but lately a symptom has been coming back so know I think I’m going to die or something because of it:(

Could someone please help?

I just want to stop feeling this way:( because now I don’t want to do anything and that makes me more anxious

Hello :-)

I know you are not the only one to think differently , this community is full of members that think like you and sounds like you have health anxiety which always makes us think the worse of everything when it comes to how we physically feel that is how it keeps control over us

Have you seen a Doctor about your babesia ?

Normally this condition will be treat with a course of antibiotics which your Doctor would prescribe and then I would think they would maybe take a blood test to make sure it has cleared up and once you have the all clear then you could turn any negative thoughts into positive one's knowing that it cannot possibly be that making you feel the way you are at the moment and more likely your anxiety

Have you spoken to any one about how your anxiety is affecting you ?

Again your Doctor is someone that you could confide in and ask for support or maybe family of friends could also be there for you to :-)

Keep using the Community to get understanding and suggestions on how to help yourself it helps if only to know you are not alone with how you feel :-)

Take Care x

I have seen a dr, but unfortunately they have found out that antibiotics don’t actually work on babesia, so I’m taking herbs for it. I was feeling better but the headache has come back, I’m not sure if that could be because the anxiety suppressed the immune system. So I’m really worried about it. My family also knows I have anxiety but I’m still having a hard time not thinking negatively

My husband had babesiosis and antibiotics do work on it. You might want to get a second opinion and have it retested.

I do go to a Lyme specialist, I tried to take the antibiotics but I got reactions to them and I know other people who have babesia got reactions to them also

Babesiosis is not related to lyme disease, although they are both spread by ticks.

Doing different things will make you think differently.

Jimatom, I think it's time for another Positive Tune for the long weekend ahead. I'm still listening to All Angels everyday. :) Thanks...

Really, I'll have to try to think of something, unless you have something in mind. ☺

I don't have anything in mind Jimatom. Don't get anxious over this lol Sometimes we all need a "pick me up" from the stress of the day.

Thank you and hope your day is going well.
