Shortness of breathe for no reason.. i was on my way home and i felt anxious i dont know why..,as i got home i had shortness of breathe.. it feels like i cant get enough air and heavy chest feeling does anyone here felt this before

Yeah its part of your anxiety symptoms nothing to be alarmed buddy just hang in there and relax as much as you can
