Sinus pressure or anxiety

Still in a state of fear from my vertigo/panic attack Thursday so I'm not sure but when I get up my head fills full of pressure and it feels like my head's gonna burst... I have it slightly as I sit down too... What is it

Sounds like sinus pressure I get that. I use Vicks the menthol helps unclog my stuffed nose. I also lay down high too. But if it keeps bothering you its best to go to the doctor

That definitely sounds like sinus pressure. Try sleeping with a humidifier, rubbing Vicks menthol rub on your chest or a few drops of peppermint oil mixed with coconut oil on your temples, under your nose, back of your neck and you pulse points. A hot shower and some Tylenol should help relieve any pain. Hope you feel better soon

I deal with this every day. Don't know of it's tension headaches, sinuses, or something else. Head just fills up with pressure/tightens up.
