Going on almost 3 weeks with Pvcs ( skipped heart beat) wish they would stop. I have an echo tomorrow. Most likely due to stress ( my dad passed away and the skipped beats started a few hours later) I have had health anxieties for about 7 years. Now that I'm so focused on the irregular heart beat, I think I'm making myself find other issues with me. Yesterday I thought I was lightheaded but honestly I don't think I was but was making myself think I was. I'm hoping after the echo, and it shows everything normal, that I can relax. I've already had ekgs and blood work that showed my pvcs are benign. Anyone have any suggestions how to lessen them?
