Chestpain and back pain

Does anyone here expereienced chestpain and back pain.. like yesterday until now my chest hurts and also my back. i try not to think of it and tried to distract myself but i still can feel the pain..

i had that 5 weeks ago, get yourself checked out by your doctor mine felt more in my back but burning in my chest in the middle i thought it was heart attack so did emergency dept but gaviscon (antacid) shifted it, it might be reflux...very painful..good luck

Beliebermika, as cash56 stated, always get it checked out if it's constant or lasts longer than a day or two. However, it can come from being so tense all the time *I get that myself on occasion. It's the chest wall muscles that can hurt as well as your back. If you know it's from a tightness of those muscles, a hot towel wrapped around your shoulders should help relax those muscles.

You just need to know where the pain is coming from and only a doctor can tell you. x Feel better
