On the verge of a panic attack!

I woke up feeling really off today.

Nauseous

Weak

Tightness in my face and head.

I feel like I am going to have a panic attack, I am trying to distract myself but the feeling won’t go away😞

Ant tips?

Slow breath in hold it count to five. Exhale slowly. Try to think of anything positive. Observe your feelings.

I know this is the last thing you want to do but I distract myself by finding something to do even if it’s going over the house tiding . Anything at all even though you don’t feel great it helps distract me x
