ECG yesterday after endoscopy

Afternoon everybody - I went for an ecg yesterday, I had an endoscopy on Friday and since then have had some chest discomfort so thought id rather be safe than sorry. I was mildly hungover yesterday which was making me shake as they couldn't get a proper reading - obviously you can imagine how worried I got when the nurse said "there is a lot of movement" I didn't know it could affect it so badly? we managed to get one and the senior consultant signed it off as fine (I should be happy right?) they then said they wanted me to have a chest xray and bloods taken. Bloods is normal I know but I think the xray must be because I had the endoscopy. I know they aren't trained but the xray person said nothing jumps out at her as abnormal in either my heart or lungs. The wait in a&e was 5 hours and after two hours I got a call from little bro who needed picking up and I was the only person available, so I left the hospital and told them and they made me sign a consent form (this worried me) I am just wondering if people know the procedure now, they said I can get my doctor to fax them the results but I am sort of hoping if anything DEADLY had come up then they would be inclined to let me know? if anyone could advise would be greatly appreciated

From what you say you've had a pretty substantial number of tests and if I was you I'd be very relieved and confident. Nothing to give you any reason whatsoever to worry. So chill out and accept any symptoms as anxiety, accept those symptoms for the moment calmly and without fear and give your nerves the chance to recover.
