Ok here’s my daily physical pains, left side of upper abdomen hurts sometimes a dull ache sometimes a sharp stabbing pain. Heart palpitations, occasional ringing in one ear at a time. Sometimes a feeling that something isn’t quite rite with me, lightheaded dizzy. Chest feels tight. Urgent need for the toilet at random times.
Vivid dreams every night wake up tired!!
Can’t hold a cup of tea in one hand in-front of people.
Worry about everything all the time I can’t seem to calm myself down!
Medication for epilepsy sodium valproate
Does anyone relate to this?

yes, im always so shaky and dr says its from tension, i've actually been sleeping more now but find i tense up so bad at night and no matte what i do i just cant relax.
All the same. Started anxiety meds and stomach thing remains inconsistently. I get reflux and it can cause that pain. No fun!
I have daily stomach problems, constant twitching throughout the day in my upper and lower abdomen, a sharp stabbing pain on my left and right side it switches especially if I need the toilet, chest pain and burning with the stomach problems, acid reflux worse when I have takeaway and alcohol. I assume it’s anxiety as only started with my anxiety came back really bad and assume mine starts in my stomach that’s why I have these issues. When I go toilet my heart rate can easily shoot up 30bpm especially at night when I go.
Might go GP if carries on but I assume I will go and be told I’m fine like usual which feels like a wasted visit. If in doubt no harm popping to see a GP and might give a bit of reassurance.
Gary, after many many years of suffering from "out of the blue" anxiety attacks I came to find out it was my GUT. I have food sensitivities.......not enough to be an allergy, but enough to set my gut off and trigger feelings of anxiety. I read the book EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE, and when I stuck to the main , "beneficial" foods, the symptoms you describe above went away
