My poo is never Brown whenever I wipe it’s always yellow ish it pretty much always is and I’m worried I have pancreatic cancer or something

I'm sure you're ok. I always suggest going to a Dr just to get checked out. Isn't it exhausting how anxiety can make you worry so much. It makes me feel so tried some days. If you do go to the Dr about this, Please keep us updated. I hope your anxiety gives you a break soon.

You would usually show signs of jaundice with them type of cancers, pain when eating, severe pain in the back etc, had a mate who we lost recently to it, your fine

Stresss causes that and so does your diet. Or a slight tummy upset and it can take weeks to go back to normal.

This 'colour of poo' can often relate to an over-indulgence in alcohol. 😟

Whatever the problem (and I'm not saying it is alcohol!) ~ may I make a very strong suggestion that you take a sample of your poo to your doctor as quickly as possible and get it, and yourself, checked out. 😊❤️️ (It's amazing what the Docs can tell you, once your poo has been sent off for tests!). In the meantime, it's you who is most important! ❤️️😊
