There's no question of you dying, this is your anxiety talking, the CT-scan would have spotted any sign of cancer. As for your diahorea (no I can't spell it either) the stomach is the part of the body that responds most to anxiety so your troubles are down to anxiety and NOT stomach or pancreatic cancer.

Anxiety always exaggerates our fears ten-fold and this is what's happened to you, 36 hours of diahorea is magnified into stomach cancer.

So don't spend time worrying about an illness you don't have and start addressing the illness you do have - anxiety. You see, Bertha, you can't cure an illness you haven't got and you haven't got cancer. So stop stressing and obsessing about this minor ailment, accept it for the moment, pay the symptoms less attention and you will recover before long I assure you.

I suffered like this for many years, mine was initially caused by removing my appendix, part of my colon, and my gallbladder, so mine was caused by a combo of surgeries, but yours may simply be an upset system caused by a virus or similar initially:

it can just be an imbalance of flora, take acidophilus plus an actimel every day

it can be a tired pancreatic system, take a liver support tablet - you can get this from across the counter, a good one would contain milk thistle, turmeric, artichoke and choline with a few other support minerals/vitamins

I suppose you have tried diets? There's a range of sensitivities which can mess you up, try a month on each of these: salicylate free, low fodmap, gluten-free, sugar-free, glutamate reduction (not possible to go free as your body makes some), dairy free (lactose-free), processed food free (totally plant-based?). If these don't work try looking at acids - for example, don't mix your fruits which have different PH in one meal, eg eat your melon then wait 1/2 hour to eat your mango, kind of thing. We went almost totally vegan - I am much better all round but I still have to be careful.

I know this is a long uphill, but it will help you if you can take an active part.

good luck cx

Yes I do have issues with food I was also drinking Friday which I think caused a lot of it. I got my blood work done this morning for my annual physical so I am waiting and crossing my fingers.
