Flying on planes

Flying on plane on Tuesday to Dubai but get serious phobia on planes I try everything possible but I just sit my self and act like a little girl and scream and moan lol 😂

Have you tried a tranquilizer. They work very well for plane fears. Take 15 minutes or so before takeoff.

Nope never tired it but I heard it’s a pink tablet that knocks you out but how long would it knock me out

You should see a doctor, as they are available by prescription. They are not necessarily pink. The type I am familiar with for this purpose lat about 4 hours and if needed, you then take a second one. Also, they probably wouldn't knock you out, but would make you relaxed.

I would ask your doc for valium if you are able to I have them and they do help to relax you!

Thanks for the advice but I’m shit scared in taking too many medication at one time but il ask my doctor and see what he says thanks everyone 👍

I have the same problem and I have to travel a lot for work, I am always sick the day of the flight and I can't eat until I arrive, I know my fears are not logical but I can't help it. Valium is a bit strong, do you know any other medics ?
