does anyone else suffer with "I feel like absolute rubbish all day everyday?" that's what I have. Currently awaiting my heart attack that has taken roughly 18 months to come. I keep having hot flushes and my chest feels like a lump In it. So sick of this now. My dad had a mini stroke yday which hasn't helped but I have always had this feeling. So bored of it now

I suffer from anxiety and I too am afraid there is something wrong with my heart.. I keep getting a dull kinda sharp pain in the area around my causing me to constantly be in panic mode. Hoping it just goes away.
