Anxiety help

Hi, I haven't been on here for a while but the last couple of days my anxiety has come back and hit me really badly, I feel like I'm not even here my heads fuzzy my visions weird and flickery, my hands are constantly tingly and my heart feels like it's beating out of time or too lightly, is this anxiety?? I'm worried there's something wrong with me

I know these symptoms seem scary but they are sadly all part and parcel of anxiety

I do yes like its going to explode it's all the sheer panic and fuzzy anxious thoughts I think

Where you anxious about something or did these symptoms just come on? I have the same symptoms that come and go sometimes it's for a reason but sometimes it's out of no where. The best thing to do is let it be and not fear these symptoms or focus on them, easier said then done. Just remember you have overcome the symptoms before and they will go away again. Hope you feel better soon xx
