After a day off really strugglingwith anxiety and a horrible night I phoned and spoke to my doctor and told her what I was going through. She asked me to come down. And be checked over . They have been really good with me. I've come away with a sheet to check my blood pressure. Both mum and dad had high blood pressure. And gave me these tablets bedranol. Does anyone else take them ? Sorry been a bit of a pain today never Done so many posts.

I'm glad u a little better been thinking of you this afternoon.i just got my Christmas savings and normally I'm happy but the kids have just said I'm always unhappy 😔.worked up about work as always tired xx

Don't even want to think about Christmas. I normally go mad on presents for my son. But I keep having time of work and no savings left .. I know the unhappy feeling. X
