List ways below how you stop panic attacks to help each other. Lately, I have been suffering panic attacks a lot lately and when I go through them it changes how I see things it feels like it alters m mind a little. Is this normal? Is something else wrong with me? Thanks

How to STOP Panic Attacks?
I usually put on breathing exercise videos from YouTube or focus on tv. My panic attacks seem to start in my stomach and have stomach pains and works the way up to racing heart, sweaty, feeling sick and I have to convince myself It’s not a heart attack relax and put a meditation video on and close my eyes and breathe.
I deep breath with my nose and out through my mouth. Also I turn on nature music such as river sounds and bird chirps to help keep me calm. But then again I am a huge nature person, not sure if you are but it's peaceful
Face it
Accept it
Float Past it
Let time pass.
That’s the recommendation in a book I’m reading. Doesn’t stop it immediately but helps condition your mind not to jump of the deep end.
I follow Buddhism...It says to sit still and be grounded, never to run or u will keep running...focus on deep breathing and say My breath is my anchor in every storm...tricky at first but really helps if you persist..Hope this helps...

Hi what works for me during a panic attack is to hold my breath as long as possible then breathe slowly out and to continue this for as long as I need. I also meditate and do breathing exercises regularly. Touch wood but have not had a full blown panic attack for a while now. X
