does anyone else get these flutters every beat, or every other beat in a row and you'll have to cough for it to go away? ):

): anyone else?
Yes and you are doing a taught method to stop them. Not dangerous... more sleep, no caffeine, lots of water, and see your doc. They are benign but sometimes a procedure can be done to reduce... its from an extra pathway in the heart. See your doc and try to reduce stress... high heart rate aggravates it.
I want to mention my history so you may believe what I'm saying...diagnosed with SVT at 18 and have always "popped" it back in with maneuvers... cough, breath holding or bending over. During three of my pregnancies I went into arrhythmias during my last trimester. I'm talking my heart would never go back into normal rhythm for about 6 to 8 weeks straight. I was hospitalized for them and medicated once and it still wouldn't help. I've even been shocked back into rhythm twice. And I survived. I never had them again like that after delivery and the reason being is because there was too much pressure on my heart. Different factors will cause this, such as dehydration, lack of sleep, vigorous exercise, not getting enough nutrients, caffeine etc. If you have been drinking you definitely are giving your heart reason to be mad. I saw my cardiologist recently and despite my history and having blips every day he doesn't even feel the need to follow up with me, I am not medicated, and no further test needed. I've change my lifestyle to reduce alcohol and no more caffeine and adequate sleep and a lot of water. I will still get them sometimes if I bend over or move around way and when I'm sick because your elevated heart rate during illness can cause them. Remind yourself that you have been having these for a long time and you ate still here. And whether or not you see the doctor they are going to continue to happen until you figure out why.
wow thats alot to go through. i dont have caffeince, i drink alot of water and i get alot of sleep, these skips, jumped beats went away for about a month but i noticed they started to come back about a week ago every time i stood up and walked around sometimes, then i noticed it wasnt going away so i started to pay attention to it and they got worse and now they're really bad again, i get them alot when i just move... did that ever happen to u? ik ive had alot of tests like blood work, ecg, chest xray, and a heart monitor but i cant help but worry about it ): its making me feel ill and weak in my body
