My chest hurts

Its a wierd feeling il have no anxiety and all the sudden it hurts like a sharp pain in my chest

Have you lifted anything lately? Or reached for something up high? Is the pain right in the center of your chest?

No not at all and yes in the center

Sometimes even breathing in a different way can strain the muscles in the center of the chest. (atleast from my experience) when it happened to me sometimes taking a breath could send electric stabbing pain through the chest.
