Every once in a while I hear a song that just really speaks to me. I was watching suits which if you dont watch you should, since it’s amazing. This song came on and the words just hit me like a ton of bricks. I YouTubed it and just cried while I listened to it. It’s uplifting but honest at the same time. It speaks to me at least about my experience with anxiety. If you have some time to check it out please do. It’s Waves by Dean Lewis. Listen to the acoustic version as it’s much more emotional.
