HELP?

i get a wierd feeling like my heart is beating kinda hard and little fast like eels like my body is beating. but when i put my hand on my chest it feels normal? anyone else get this feeling? if so whats the cause.

If this persists then do go see your doctor for reassurance but the most likely cause, and most of us here have experienced it, well, the clue is in the name of this forum.

I've had it a few times over the years, twice this year during periods of enhanced stress, but as I knew what it was and knew it was harmless and knew it would go before too long as it always does, well Antony, I felt no fear, I didn't stress about it or check my pulse 75 times a day, I just accepted it for the moment. And sure enough it went, it died of neglect because I didn't stress and obsess and worry about it.

May I suggest you do the same, accept it and don't start to fear it and before long you'll be free of it, just you see.

Antonyozzy. Ive had it for yesrs!! Dreadful!! I.m on paroxetine fir panic attavks& dizapam for anxiety. If i get constipated my heart beats like crazy!! But ive always had something to worry about.if i didnt take these meds i.d be a wreck!!😢
