I am so used to being anxious that when I feel calm, it scares me. Thinking, is this the "calm before the storm?" 🤔But I am working on changing this thought process, breathing in and out instead of thinking about why I am not anxious. Does anyone else run into this?🤦🏾♀️

I have! It like I’m not used to feeling normal anymore so when the rare time occurs that I don’t feel anxious I started to feel weird! I don’t think the calm before the storm....just then feel like I have to start feeling anxious again cause otherwise I feel weird that I’m not 🙄
