Yeah I get it, I feel great then out of nowhere I start getting it and feel hot and panicky and have to calm myself down so I don’t have a panic attack.
Ah bless ya... i dont necessarly get panicky i just feel so uneasy and horrible and weird.. then it passes and feel great... but im also hypothyroid and at the minute my thyroid levels are not stable.. im currently trying different brands of levo as im having side effects to a few of them...
Anxiety lasts from a variety of ranges you could have 1 hour long one you could have 5 10 minute ones once I had 3 back to back actually.. was waiting with my fiance at her job and out of no where in my car im freaking out for 10 minutes I then think im good and BAM another episode same length got better then bam another episode finally got better but was petrified of leaving the parking spot to go home which was 30 minutes away.. i ended up driving and was fine but stopped going to her job after that for a good month i one day decided to fight the fear and i had zero anxiety attacks and havent tried again as her boss is too strict cor me to visit her/: but yes you can be all good and yhen BAM outta no where anxiety after anxiety attacks best of luck
Yes, it is normal. I have those feelings of up and down emotions and it irritates me. Now I just breath when I have the negative feelings... and I let it pass. Wine always helps me calm down and feel "normal" but then the next day, I am paying for it. Even if I have one glass... my anxiety heightens
