Hi There. Yes I am like that. But my dizziness is sort of a swaying, bobbing, rocking, like on a boat sensation. How long have you been like this. I have for 4 years and am only now seeking a specialist psychiatrist help. I have had all the tests done so basically it means that I am extremely anxious all the time and that I need help fast. Changed all my meds as well.

well.. I wish it was that easy. I am on a mood stabiliser (Epilim) and Quetoser (which is used as an anti psycotic but they are using it to help my anxiety. Then on xanor sr, and my anti depressant will be changed (I am currently on prozac, not working) but they will change that in about two months. Just getting the new meds in my system first.

It will only stop when your anxiety has calmed down.

How they explained it to me is that my anxiety got so out of control, it has now developed into psychical symptoms. Hence what you and I have.

shame I am so sorry. Have you tried relaxation music? and have you seen your doctor recently

How do I stop this when I've got docs to day I feel so ill like I'm dying constant dizzy and jelly legs and my legs hurt I carnt cope head pressure the lot it's recking my life
