Feeling pain and dizzyness it feels wierd health enxeity

Im 16 and i have chest pains and bad enxeaity im constantly worrying about my heart and the chest pains i went to the emergancy room and they chekeed my heart scaned and everything and cheked my blood everything came out normal but im still scared

Hey I am similar, I get chest pains and it feels like my heart is vibrating or beating irregular or too fast even when I don’t feel anxious. If everything has come back normal and you are young then you will be fine. These are just the physical symptoms of anxiety and won’t kill you but try focus on other things when it happens read something or do something.

Hi Lorenz1232, it's true what Kellylorraine899 told you in that these are the physical symptoms of anxiety. They are uncomfortable but not harmful. You did the right thing by going to the ER and being checked out. Your fear is causing the symptoms to continue.
