Wierd shooting pain in my head could it be anxiety

I was laying down watching a movie when all the sudden I got this wierd shooting pAin on the right side of my head and kinda felt it in my shoulder I get them from time to time but they don't hurt just wierd I'm thinking of having them do me MRI

Yea it's just scarey cuz then I sike myself out with makes my anxiety get so high that I start hair pulling really bad

Just dont think about it to much i know its hard but it well pass

It could be a trapped nerve in your neck wouldn't hurt to have it checked out by your doctor.

Ihave a bad neck but the paingoes right down to my shoulder blade and up to the right side of my head had physio and told had sun knots and trapped nerve slightly !!! Can wake up some nights with side of my head numb! Its getting better tho think it where I csn grt quite tence at time that doesn't help.it x
