How do you stop thinking about your anxiety trigger? It is the only thing that is causing me to have server panic attacks and constant anxiety where ever I go, help please 😞

What is your trigger? Mine is noticing my heart racing too fast and this causes me to have a panic attack. Mine I don’t check my pulse on an app as that makes it worse and do stuff such as reading or watch something to take my mind off it. At night it’s more difficult as that’s the one time I hear it when trying to sleep and I just to have put a relaxing meditation video on and listen to through headphones to sleep.

Yes, good points. I say to myself stop. I replace with something positive. What we focus on persists.

You're very welcome. Things aren't always easy. Another you could get an elastic band and ping it every time you think the negative thought.

Mine is I think that I am going to fall off the edge of the earth and that we are upside down which causes me to panic, I hope you get well soon
