Trying to be strong!

Husband is going on an impromptu fishing trip for 3 days, leaving me with 3 little ones. In the past I wouldn't care but today I feel like panicking. The old, what if's... I despise health anxiety. I want to be me again.

Thank you! Muscles are so tight and burning on fire because last night was a bad night. Right after he left we had a house fire out here and we live in the country. He would've been a first responder but obviously since he's gone that didn't happen. Maybe it was for a reason…
