Just so I won't completely lose it the next time I have an anxiety attack, could you guys list your anxiety symptoms preferably health anxiety though any would do, outside of the typical ones (like, dizziness, chest pains, trouble breathing, nausea fuzzy feeling etc.) so that I'm reassured and so that the next time I feel bad I'll know to just walk it off and not jump out the window?

I get that everyday as I hated it. Kept trying to find a cure with different tablets like kalms, magnesium etc and never helps.

It's ruining my life

One thing I've learned is it's always best to talk with someone while your going through it, it helps alot, cry if you have too get it all out because it's necessary and continue to work hard at making some life changes, like maintaining a healthy diet, exercise and moving around as much but as sparingly as possible.

Glad I go to work so that helps a lot. Sitting down makes it worse! But what medication helps as need to do summat about it.

I did hydroxyzine for a week until it seemed my symptoms were getting worse, I try more natural remedies like green tea and or warm lemon water. Staying away from alot of sugar as well as salty foods. And like you said working I just started my job and it does help alot!

Hi! I'll list mine, if it helps!

Racing heart, racing thoughts, dissasociation, feeling of walking on rubber, foggy head, morning retching, headache and pain behind eyes, internal tremors, intrusive suicidal thoughts, sudden panic attacks while resting, sudden crying spells, feelings of worthlessness.

It really, really sucks doesn't it? xxxxx
