Scared that I have epilepsy

Hey guys. So lately I've been having a few moments of Deja Vu. And I guess it could have to do with Epilepsy. I haven't been diagnosed with epilepsy at all and really all of these symptoms have been showing up since I started thinking I have epilepsy. Sometimes I stare off into space but I pull myself out of it when someone talks to me and it's not at random times. When I stare out to space I see in double vision and I just kinda sit there thinking about random memes or something. I'm really really scared that I have epilepsy. I've never had a seizure. No one in my family has had epilepsy and I haven't had any head injuries or cancers. I just get really scared that I have it. My eyes aren't that great and I have glasses. But can someone just give me a little peace of mind of what could be happening? Could it be my anxiety?

It's my personal opinion that it's your anxiety causing thoughts and symptoms, but there is no substitute for a trip to see your doctor - you can confide your worries to him or her and I'm pretty sure that they will be able to reassure you. Wishing you well x
