Terrified

My doctors appointment is getting closer and I'm completely terrified my anxiety is getting ridiculous I know I'm going to stress so much I make myself sick but I can't control it, I just try to keep telling myself I have to make it through this to get better. Just hope after all this I actually get something to stop all this

Your doctor will get you back to your right self. Just breathe. Going to your doctor is a good thing. I was terrified my first time also but it ultimately led to me getting my life back.

I have to travel an hour away to see my doctor I have 1 week till the appointment but I woke up today and just kinda panicked I'm terrified of being sick on the drive and sick while I'm there just having a hard time today

I understand. I use to constantly feel anxious and nauseous all the time when I was batteling. I couldn't eat for like a week because I was so sick feeling. But the doctors office is the place to be sick. I think your psyching yourself out.

I'm sure I am I have had this for 6 yrs and it's ruining me I have to go to get my mirena iud removed and hopefully get on anxiety meds I truly believe it's the mirena that made me this way.. jyst hoping I can push myself through this appointment and hopefully get my life back
