Anxiety

I have had anxiety for many years. It comes and goes. Does anyone tend to have clogged ears and ringing in them??

Yes, I get really bad ringing in my ears when my stress levels rise and with my anxiety as well. It is horrible.

I use it as one of my warning signals now.

I do too and then i get anxious I can just be as calm as ever and then all of a sudden the clogged ears and ringing begins. I just dont get it!
